An escape room is an interactive puzzle that simulates the idea of being locked in a room. Our rooms are heavily themed with narratives that unfold throughout the experience. Participants are never actually trapped, as the experience is just a simulation. Once solved, the puzzle usually ends in the main entrance opening.

Participants are never actually locked in or trapped anywhere. You will always have the option to leave the room, should an emergency arise.

No. We totally get that some people do not want to be scared. As owners of an escape room, we love immersive theater, but we are not always looking to star in a horror film. Rest assured, we have no intentions of frightening you.

We encourage everyone to leave their worries at the door and become fully immersed in the game. Our puzzles are intentionally difficult, and are not intended for every group to solve. It is possible that you will not complete the challenge in time. That’s okay.

Some rooms are more challenging than others, but even if you don't escape, you'll have fun. Once the time has run out, one of our staff will walk the team through the room, give a recap of each puzzle, and go over anything that was missed.

Each of our rooms have a recommended number of players, and we highly encourage trying to book a group with that number in mind. If you buy less than the full room, the remaining tickets may still be available for purchase, and may result in another party booking the rest of the room. This means that some groups will be partnered together.

If you are uncomfortable with this, we do offer the option to create a private booking. This will insure that your group will be alone. This pricing will change based on the number of tickets we are blocking out.

In order to insure the experience goes as planned, one of our attendants may be placed in the room with you for some of the experience. However, this is very uncommon, as we try to avoid it. When an employee is not present, there will be someone monitoring progress via cameras and microphones.

The experience generally takes 90 minutes from when you arrive to when you leave. You will be briefed before entering each room and will be monitored during the escape in case of emergencies.

Each game lasts one hour. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time to ensure that you are able play as we cannot delay the start of our games. Our staff will go over the rules with you upon arrival and if you have any concerns, please feel free to voice them.

Our goal is to challenge you, but we want to make sure that everyone has a great experience.

We do not allow children under 10 or animals of any kind inside our rooms. Anyone else is welcome to enjoy the experience. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Chaperones are required to book a ticket. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us!

No special skills are required for an Escape Room - meaning anyone and everyone is invited! In order to successfully escape, teams must work together and communicate effectively. This will bring you closer to your fellow team members and give everyone a sense of accomplishment.
